Ye... did that. After I tried adding the Local Settings. And it said the filename already existed please specify another. A lightbulb went off. 3am in the morning here! *edit Spardason - Well I guess MS is right, I wasnt smart enough to think they had Hidden folders >

I've downloaded the mod, unzipped it wish to install it. As you do. However the filepath for installing it does not exist. Hell my Document & Settings section doesnt even have "Local Settings" and thusly doesnt have the rest of the filepath.
