I still do not know what the big deal is. Like I have already said in another post there is no reason why the individual software cannot notify you of updates and you can either choose to ignore them or apply the update. It seams pretty simple to me and most programs do it this way. For example I use advance system care and when an update is available I am notified and I can choose to apply it or ignore it. I do not want or need another program such as impulse to tell me about updates
No surprise but still very unfortunate.

I have made buttons that do that which are not much different. The only thing is they glow with cursor hover. If your trying to make them glow by some other means I am not sure how to do that.
Uvah you can have it but it won't be of help to you for animations. The leds are just a layer. If someone took this and made it into an xion skin then there would be actual animations. I know a little about animations so if you need help just ask, (depending on what type of animation your trying to achieve)

I know its not answering your question but I don't get the whole rating thing anyway. My last 2 screenshots were given a 5 rating and I had previous shots not as nice that were given higher ratings. I just have to keep reminding myself that I am not doing it for high ratings and if a mod does not like it then there is nothing I can do about it.
