After some time I finally got impulse working, still can't play the game though, hoping that maybe updating the game through impulse will help.

Impulse says I need internet explorer 7.0 or higher, but so far I can't download ANYTHING from the microsoft website, so that's one problem. I have NVIDIA and DirectX and I don't know much about computers but the Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family information I looked up Here: http://www.intel.com/products/notebook/chipsets/945gm/945gm-overview.htm seems to say that it has 512 mb of system memory. I tried downloading countless driver software upgrades and even used some of the links
