Yes, most all applications skin with a few exceptions such as: DOS/cmd prompt (protected by the OS), 16 bit programs (if anyone still uses them?), and a few other programs here and there. You can exclude applications from being skinned in your WB settings if needed. It doesn't sound stupid. Never know if you don't ask. As BoXXi said, Windowblinds is mostly for um, the borders on the windows of your programs. If you want to skin everything you could go with Object Desktop. It's really a great deal, you get ALL the programs listed here https://www.stardock.com/order.asp?product=ObjectDesktop plus unlimited Wincustomize.com access. Then you could use Winstyles to skin

Well if this is the general suggestion thread my suggestion at this time is for a "how to make dock backgrounds for dummies" (such as myself > ). I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
