I'd be happy too. I'm having trouble accessing the "help upload" links right now though, I think my level's high enough to be able to do so? Just going to wait a bit to see if it starts working I suppose.

Could I click on the multitude of "wincustomize.com" links and get to the main page? Sure. Did I think to do that? Honestly... no. Brain fart, I guess. I just figured I'd read the forums to see if everyone was having the same problem before I posted the question. Hey I did the same thing at first, don't feel too bad. <img src="http://im

Sheesh, just one? Impossible! Colours1 by essorant is up there, just got it, and this one's really lovely. Also really dig Artemis by Spyglass (says port by Snidely? I don't even know what that means ) and 8Teen Blue by Agneva Creations. I like a little plainer skins I guess. <img sr

On my main home machine, 1280x1024, this is perfect to me. I have a 21" monitor here, if I go much lower, things are just huge. I just went down to 800x600 for kicks, and the little green Wincustomize guy at the top is the size of my hand. On my other desktop machines, 1024x768. On my laptop, it will

I would advise you very strongly against overclocking your laptop. First of all I really don't think it can be done. Modern mobile processors are multiplier locked and you most likely don't have access to the FSB settings. I suppose you could try SoftFSB if you wanted. http://www.geocities.com/enigmadeadsouls/softfsb.html#softfsbdown I wouldn't do it, no way. My laptop gets incredibly hot anyway without overclocking. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/j

I know *how* to do it. I mean like, how do people arrange them, what windows they leave open, stuff like that. I usually use ACDSee 4.0 or just use the capture docklet on ObjectDock. [Message Edited]

OK I feel totally silly asking this, but heck that's never stopped me before. So I was wondering, do people have any tips or guidelines on how to make the best screenshots to show off these artists great work? I'm talking about for my personal desktop and for the ScreenShots section if I ever submit one. Any suggestions? I feel like mine never look as good as others. <img src="http://images.stardo

Yes, very well said. I've had WB since 1999, not sure how long with OD, but these products have changed my computing experience like no other. I can't STAND to sit down at a machine with no OD. heh. <TD class="mb-Body-

Argh. Sorry...OK, I see what you mean. Anyone wanna help remove this foot from my mouth now. See I am thinking of some programs I've used in school like VB. You can get the academic versions for under $200, but you can't use those to make programs to sell (I don't think you can even make .exes, period. You want the big toys, you gotta shell out the $800 or how ever much VB enterprise
