heres a tip, upgrade ur civillian infastucture. that will boost your economy. also resaerch bettter resource gathering techs in the harmony tree. after you have a strong economy and get lots of high power ships id say just attack fast so ur enemy cant react in time.

if you can get fast frigates around to flank thier repulse ships before they use the ability than youve won.... but sometimes this doesnt happen. i was in a scarario where i had just phase jumped and had only half my antimatteri had 3 caps and 4 cobalt frigates ( a bad fleet. I know but I was desprate) and my cobalts got about two shots each before they were repulsed. and i was thinking that if i had a chance to use my caps abilities i would have a win. so i resarched better antimatter reacto

i definitly think the radience is the best. it starts out somewhat weak but if you resarch lasers, plasma, and beams it is extremly effective. the abilities are fairly good and i like the radinece beam thing.but the kol....... no i tried the fully upgraded flak burst against several disciples and not one of them lost thier sheilds. i havent played as the vasari very much but based on the limited experience ive had facing the kortul id say its a worthy enemy.
