Skin Studio Error....Help!!! in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I keep getting this error when tring to launch Skin Studio...."rtl60.bpl was not found. Re-installng the application may fix this problem". I have reinstalled it 3 or 4 times, along with stardock central, but can't get it to work. msstyle in WB in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

Do you have to convert a .msstyle in skinstudio before you can use it w/WB, or is there a way to use it through WB. Thanks, j
