Tried the Taskbar left, right, top and bottom with the competitor, The strangest thing in the world to look at, when it is to the left or right, even having it at the top. I think i am just getting older and set in my ways to some degree.

If it helps, and as it is no secret, i use Both Start11 and the competitor on a 4 SSD Multi Botting System, just checked and i can move the Taskbar to all four places, Top, Bottom, Left And Right. Wow does it look weird. I am sure SD will implement this in a future update, Start 11 is on 1 of my Win 10 SSDs, but do not use Win 10 often anymore.

Ok. I have taken the plunge and gone Windows 11 22H2 on one of my 4 SSDs after first Running it on an old Laptop to check for any obvious issues. Managed to source an ISO of 22H2 Enterprise. Installed it using the Rufus Method of Extended Windows Installation hence no need for TPM, Secure Boot or all the other MS "You Must Haves". I am also starting to see resourceful peeps have started to add "No MS Account Needed" into the same method used for the HW Requirements on Rufus an

I can confirm that Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 can be installed without needing a MS account . I have a local account with full Admin Control. Put it on an old Laptop i5 that was deemed unworthy by MS, using the Rufus fix. Updated to the latest , no problem. You can not use the start menu in tile mode without an account, but as we all (Mostly) either use Start10/ 11 or StartIsBack (What i am using now) full Start menu functions are restored. I will test it out further when i have time
