Im a noob to this site as well, and for lack of better interpretation am not a computer tech. I was wondering if anyone can help me with a question I have about windowblinds. I loved this "guild wars windowblind" made by BoXXi. I tried to download it but it didn't take. Are there any instructions for how to download and put to use these "windowblinds"?
