Any help on this? Or should I send an email to support?

I'm having the same issue, winlogon.dll failed. I've tried the fixes above, nothing works thus far. Primary is W7-64bit home desktop, Vista Ultimate and SP systems as secondary, the system I'm having issues with is a wi-fi connected W7 laptop, 64bit Home. Primary wil see the laptop but not connect, I suspect due to the winlogon.dll issue. Any help would be appreciated
Excellent, thanks for getting back to me.
Thanks for taking the time to reply, though, will I have to pay for each system to have the Pro version on it?
Just purchased Pro version, the primary machine only sees one additional system out of 3 others. How do I correct this? All systems have Free version installed, do I need to install PRO on to her systems? If so, is a license required for each? I've got 2 W7 Home Prem 64bit systems(one desktop-dual screens\one laptop, wi-fi connected), Vista Ultimate32bit and XP PRO, also 32bit. All connected via Linksys router. All systems are running Fort Knox firewall and Malarebytes PR
