For your information, " disenfranchised " means deprived of rights , so that is the correct description of my situation ( I feel I paid for a defective product). Fences does not work - rather uninstall it. Some sycophants may respond that I should get a grip .. but this has been an enormous waste of time for something I have paid for. Pity - it seemed a good product at the start.
