Something rather related... Viktor's lazor it's invisible when you smart cast it without moving your mouse. It makes laning against him hard because it is rather hard to avoid.

I have a level 31 Norn Engineer dang that flamethrower is OP I kill bosses and objectives in seconds to be exact... the napalm bomb, if you hit them dead-on, deals a hefty 800 damage. The normal attack deals 300 damage without crits, and then will burn them for another 150 damage if you hit them with the entire flame. If it crits once or twice, they may also bleed, lower their armor, AND burn because of my traits, dealing somewher
