for Kassadin my build boots 3 pots finish boots, get wards and more pots go for RoA and maybe some dorans then build Abyssal and then either deathcap, rylai's, or deathfire. Typically I will build deathfire first then deathcap, then rylai's. void staff is always last.

Stagger the EmitterStartTimes for each emitter that way they don't blink at the same time XD.
oh for most ships I would go with ONE flair that contains particles scattered strategically through the particle file that are positioned where I would have put the flairs originally. I was under the impression that THAT was what you were doing XD. sorry
