why some player´s dn´t have DA and OC to play?? in Demigod Stardock Forums

i dn´t have DA and OC to play, at two month´s, i send a mail to impulse and nothing just yesterday they send me response with a file to fix that, but that file dn´t fix to. i try all thing´s run as admin reinstall start a game in multiplayer where i was the host and finally that file but they still grey, i just play DA or OC when i join a host and i take that 2 DEMIGOD´s by default, and the i play with them. but i think i´m not the only one
