While I was not a massive fan of ashes originally, seeing all the plans that you guys have in place and the general direction of escalation is making me really excited for the future of this game. Also excited for upcoming mod support features/tools :)

Well atleast I know that it's not my specific hardware/software config.
I haven't heard anything in regards to this issue, so I'm just posting another image to confirm that it is recurring. Anyone know whats going on?
So I've been playing Ashes of the singularity: Escalation and actually enjoying it, but I've been running into one issue that I am not sure how to resolve (Graphical Issue). In the below screenshot you can see within the highlighted area that the ground texture transitions from high resolution to very low resolution. My system specs are the following: Nvidia/Gigab
First of all I wanted to post to say good work guys, i'm liking what i'm hearing with the direction that escalation is taking. If anyone here has seen my posts on other forums it is likely clear that I was never a massive fan of ashes due to many factors such as repeating techs, lack of tactical zoom, no form of transport (either through teleporters or other craft) and so on(The whole units taking a while to start moving properly thing also got me), but it sounds like es
I had this exact same issue when I played a game a few days back. So it's definitely not his mouse. Where each time you click to build a unit it would set 3 of that unit to build.
Nice, happy to hear word on the modding support side of things. In the future if Ashes ends up being a game that I really get into I may look into starting project for it :) EDIT: I don't post often but am keeping a close eye on development nontheless.
Would love to see this game on GOG as well if at all possible.
Mod support and Steam workshop support are two different things. But I have heard talk of mod support around the forums (Unless I'm getting mixed up with something else).
Back when I had my Sapphire R9 270x Toxic edition I had the exact same issue. Just letting you know that the issue isn't exclusive to the XFX variant.
8320fx, GTX 970 12GB, Windows 8.1 (Will upgrade to Win 10 when it is released unless there is some major bug)
Yeah i'm leaning towards saying that its the older GPU hardware causing the issue. It is possible that this may not be the case though.
Answer is simple. No they wont. The reason being that steam machines are PC's. The only difference between a steam machine and your average pc is that it runs SteamOS which is a variation of Ubuntu from what I understand. Point is that how can you kill PC gaming with basically what is another PC brand.

Nice. So many things coming out in May that I am interested in. Really looking forward to seeing what you guys have done with the game when the alpha is released.
