I would like to play with it. Get to work!

please disregard the part about Go to colors and all the way to the bottom. I was going to post MontyXP's reply in your original thread, changed my mind........guess I didn't cut it all out...
Go to colors and all the way at the bottom In the future, don't start a new thread for the same subject..........if you think you need to clarify you're question, do so in the original thread. {a public service announcement brought to by Knet.}
1. I guess you would have to ask Froyboy about his files. 2. winstyles I know nothing about.... be a regular guy, and change skins the regular way. be patient....someone will answer.
duh!......... he said he's using ME .....and motion's post wasn't there when I started typing.
Sounds interesting....are you mainly looking at WindowBlinds skins?
motion.......... that was my initial reaction when I read the title.......not 6'3", I'd have to stand on something. .......but you get my drift...
I have the opposite problem........when I load SkinStudio, my brain freezes. On the second problem, open the WB config....under System, make sure "Do not use any XP specific skin features" is not checked.
Putting the final tweaks on a HvD theme, matching ICQ Plus, and a SysmetriX skin, checking out DavidK's matching WB skin .............also working on a different Sysmetrix, and messing around with a wallpaper idea.. Other than that, simply loafing........
or mooning..........

No popups with Crazy Browser. http://www.crazybrowser.com/index.htm
...I certainly screwed up that post ...
For the graphics, you need a paint program. ok....you've waited long enough I guess.. Photoshop (expensive) Paintshop Pro (reasonably priced) The Gimp (free). To put the WindowBlinds together, all you really need is the WB program and a text editor. Stardock also has a program that is supposed to help create the file for WB, but some, myself included find it hard to use. it's called SkinS
DO you have the software for whatever packages you've downloaded? Each section is for a certain program, other than walls, and screenshots. AT the top of each section you'll find the info you need. Holler if ya need anymore help.
shall we make him wait for being so impatient?
that's what you were talking about in the other thread............ I see you already ask this in a thread, and when someone didn't answer your right away, you figured you would get an answer sooner if you started a second thread with the same subject...............WRONG!
joe-are you looney or something? They're not IM'ing, it's a thread, otherwise you couldn't read it on the board. spikiebastard- what the heck r u talking about?
sorry....misunderstood ......... I dunno
If I'm wrong about the .jpg, and Active Desktop thing, someone please correct me. I don't want to spread mis-information.
Display Properties...Screensaver Tab....Settings........you change it there.
A lot of the wallpapers on the skin sites are .jpg, which means if you unzip them to the Windows folder, you'll have to use Active Desktop to use them. I would suggest using a wallpaper changer program. I use QuickChanger, but the site has been down for a while. There are lots of changers available. Go to google.com and do a search, and find the one you like.

Well to begin with, I download all my skin type zips to the appropriate skin folder. Some programs read the files directly from the zip, some do not, but I know where they are. In the case of WindowBlinds, a folder is created in the WB directory when you install from disk, or install using the .wba extension.
