thought it's just some technical accounting/whatever thing to keep on doing business by forming a new company. can't remember where i read it though. some of the games with online contents sound as though no one will be playing them online down the line. so you might get them cheap. but you might be missing out on the mp portion. depends on how much you care about mp i guess?
