GalCiv 2 crashing video driver in Bug Reports GalCiv2 Forums

After letting it collect dust for many a year on my shelf, I decided to redirect my disappointment with Civ5 into another outlet - install GC2 finally. I did so, downloaded the update, and... It just doesn't work right. Game interface will freeze - music playing, but the system is horribly unresponsive until I can end GC2. One time, the cursor disappeared, and never came back. Occasionally, I will get the message that the video driver crashed, and has recovered. <p
