Arrow Keys does not work, how can I move my ships? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hi! I just installed Galactic Civilisations II but the arrow keys I know from the classic Civilisation games do not seem to work. I already updated the game and then the 'normal' arrow-keys started to work but they can only move up/down, and left/right, which means that half of the map can not be reached! Furthermore, I understood from the tutorial that you can move in 3 D, but I can only see a flat universe. Can somebody help me?
