Had the same issues as Wordeee, but having uninstalled and trying to reinstall from disc it just keeps asking me if I want to uninstall - no option to try to reinstall the game! I have even removed Impluse via Add or Remove applications from the Control Panel, downloaded Impulse from their web site and tried to reinstall the game.
