I, personally, don't have time to check out every skin to find out which ones are of the highest quality. I wish I did. I, therefore, check out the "Ratings" to see which are the best. I must be missing out on some great skins by doing this. "Admins Choice" would be a big help. The admins wouldn't give a "thumbs up" to a skin that sucks. (On download.com they show their "picks".)

Here's the deal: I am currently using WIN98SE which is not good for downloading too much. The main problem is DesktopX which (although I love it) kills me! Not to mention I can only do 800x600! I can see the items when I loan Windows Classic XP. I was using "Use Windowblinds Skin". It has always worked before though.

I'm using Object Bar 1.6. It doesn't work on any themes anymore. The taskbar where it shows which windows you have open. Thanks.

Actually, now I can open IE with "run" but that's the only way I can get on the Internet. The desktop icon and the quick launch icon won't do it.

For some reason I cannot connect to the Internet anymore. It just hangs and when I Ctrl/Alt/Del it says "iexplore (not responding). Does anybody know what happened or what I did? Thanks.
