I've never had these before: 1. DesktopX: Debug Message Class 12 - Default Img - XP_Favorites_BG.png - ID 0 - Y 1076494336 - Obj number 0 - Parsing theme error. 2. WinStyles: An error has occurred while Windows was working with Control Panel: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\DESK.CPL. Can anybody help? Thanks.

I've had problems in the past but I never thought I'd have a problem with Wallpaper! Choosing a wallpaper in Properties does not work and they won't apply in WinStyles either! Can anybody tell me how this happened? Thanks.

Yes, they are in one file and I have the appropriate apps. I have unzipped it but it comes in a .sd file and I'm not sure what to do now.

I don't know what the problem is, but ever since I installed 1.4 I can't apply anything except Wallpaper! I think I'll go back to 1.31 also.

I did that but for some reason the components do not go where they should. In fact, I don't know where they went. They're not in their respective folders.

I already have DesktopX and I have just recently installed LiteStep. I guess this means I don't need both! I installed LiteStep originally because "everybody" says it's the best. Guess I'll just have to experiment.
