after deinstalling and deleting all reg keys i got also promt to download 3.01 ... creating new fence does also not work for me

well i did buy it and install it it shows in my order history but not in "My Download" maybe my error was that i did not uninstall Fences 2 first? i deleted and reinstalled twice but i do not get promted for serial, even deleted folder it is running but i have no way to get into settings

the settings of Fences 3 do not open... i see the task in taskmanager...but thats all i am on windows 10 build 14342

my question was..i got FE from stardock last year and if it was possible to get the discount for LH if i buy it directly from steam (cauz payment there is easier for me and a allready added the money for it on steam)
