Empire at War with Battlefront 2. The best of both worlds, strategy and first person shooting.

The global ratio idea sounds like it would work the best. I would like to see accommodations made for the Diplomacy stats to be visible from the command bar along side the original three that have been always there, Empire, Military, and Economy.
I would also love to see a Homeworld mod for Sins, one was tried in the past, but as Ryat and Major Stress said, it didn't get very far.

Dawn of Victory is handcuffed to no end by the hardcoded AI, and they have resorted to making the mod multiplayer only because of it.
I'm surprised that people don't seem to play singleplayer anymore but on second thought, that must be because those games that track gametime are MP games like Call of Duty and StarCraft II.
I must be one of the few people on the planet that would rather play singleplayer over multiplayer. I usually play offline multiplayer. and I don't generally play games online, which is why Blizzard is scaring me with StarCraft I
The learning curve definitely needs to be reduced in Rebellion, because it has always been high, the tutorials are mediocre at best. The devs have noticed this and have said they will improve the tutorials. I am can deal with a steep learning curve due to by gaming experience and intelligence, but I am probably not your average person.

I still prefer Star Wars over Warhammer 40,000 though.</
I never said the Federation even had a chance, based on Whiskey's numbers, I see very little hope of a Federation victory. As much as I like the Federation, they just don't have the technology or manpower to fight the Empire.
Whiskey, in case you hadn't noticed, I used real science when I put out my numbers, and torpedoes from Star Trek beat out Star Wars turbolasers cold. Well, Raider Retreat is DLC, but Cataclysm really isn't, though it uses much of the same stuff as the original.

All I am going to say is Star Trek tech is not as advanced as it first appears. Star Wars vs. Star Trek arguments so don't work.
