Taskbar blurring is a theme option that some themes use for their semi transparent taskbars. I believe aura makes use of it. Is there a picture of how it looks like? Or do you mean that the taskbar is just semi-transparent?

Aero glass is not bad. It's a little distracting with the transparent idea but that can always be adjusted. What would be is if when dragging a window really fast and you let go, the window would fly into the edge of the screen and shatter. Get it? Because it's glass!!! Yes, I'm an idiot. That would be a fun alternative when closing a window.

Yeah... ...WindowBlinds 5 beta on Virtual PC doesn't do that much...No cool see-thru-ness, no smooth corners, and it causes some of the programs to crash. See, I was planning to work on a kick-arse WB5 theme but I have a Mac at home. I got a PC (with WindowBlinds) at work. No, I'm not gonna buy a PC. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Ew.gif" border=0 ALIGN="a

Alladin: Did you read the readme notes? You probably have an nVidia Geforce FX 5x or 4x card. There are problems right now with it. It only works on Windows XP 32bit right now also. Oh, right! Yeah, I have an nVidia Quadro FX 500/600 card. I'm rereading the readme.txt file

Wow, they weren't kidding when they said "beta!" Check out the title bars. Also in the title bar area, when you click and drag on the text, you can move the window (this is good) but when you click and drag on the empty right area of the title bar, it selects whatever's behind the window (not good).

This reminds me of the Gun's Roses shows, where they would make the people wait for a long long time before they would go on stage while they were watching the people getting inpatient from a monitor at their dressing rooms... I bet that's exactly what the Stardock people are doing...watching our impa

Hi, I would like to know if there's an EPS, AI, PSD file viewer for Windows XP? I'm not looking for the sucky "tiff preview" viewer program, but you know how Mac has the "Preview" app that can open all sorts of great files (PDF, PSD, EPS, AI, etc.)? Yeah, like that...but for Windows XP. Thanks, Nando

Wow! Is Object Desktop a decade old!? There should be some sort of celebratin' going on! I did not know that Windowblinds came before WinXP and its "theme" capabilities. YOU guys are the innovators! You guys are so cool and have earned a bunch of respect from me! All of you at Stardock have my full support in whatever coolness you guys do and I'll keep renewing my Object Desktop subscription! ::yay, money to you!::

"Woah... WinFX looks interesting now... now if Microsoft can simply "adopt" that window switching method in Vista... then it'd be an improvement over what they're using now." I believe Vista does that already.

Has anybody found a way to embed a search tool in ObjectBar? For instance, Mac OS X's Spotlight feature on the top bar. Is there a way to place MSN's desktop search on ObjectBar? That would be really awesome! Thanks, Nando
