I get into trouble often for this attitude as almost without fail women think I'm saying their gender isn't as good at computer stuff. Not so! I know women who are amazing at this stuff, they leave me in the dust and most male IT people I know. My point really is gender has absolutely nothing to do with skill or ability, so why the hell are we trying to cater to it?

I love the skin. Installed it over the weekend and have been really digging it. I use both a PC and a Mac so I'm equally comfortable with both. No, Universities aren't meant to be job-training. But they should at least teach the foundational skills for whatever field they are for. IT degrees should have a strong foundational knowledge of technology/networks/computing. CompSci grads have the foundation in programing.
