Trouble Downloading in New Users WinCustomize Forums

I have tried to download icons and also windows blinds and each time i do (after the download is complete) it gives me a pop-up asking which program to open the file up with. Can someone please help me with this download process so that i can use the downloads properly. Thank you Elena
