Thanks Zu. I right clicked on the SDC application and ran as admin. Did not know you could do this. Everything works great now I was even able to update windowblinds. Thanks again.

I tried that but I got some kind of error that says I need admin rights to uninstall. I am pretty sure I was logged in as admin as I am the designated administrator. Anyway I will try again when I get home. Also windowblinds would not update to the new version and the update failed and I got some kind of access error. I wonder if this is the same problem. I could not uninstall it either for the same reason as above. I do not have admin rights or something to that effect.

I am running Windows Vista Premium Home Edition. I am assuming DS is Deskscapes. I intalled it from SDC. I am at work right now so I do not know what version for sure but I think it was 1.90....something. I am running XP at work which does not help as you cannot use dreams in XP. Not sure what you mean by "Dynamic andvideo dreams?" When I run the program and browse to the dream folder nothing shows up. When I go to the dream folder by browsing in explorer I see the files but cannot get the

I can not get the dreams to work. Vista will not recognize the .dream file format and when I click on a dream file it asks what program I want to use. What am I doing wrong. I have Vista Home Edition on a Dell XPS running an Nvidia graphics card with tons of memory.

I am having the same problem. I think it may have something to do with Stardock Central because it only happens when I have it installed. When I installed Stardock Central and updated some of the software the explorer taskbar disappeared for a few seconds then reappeared and some of the icons were missing in the taskbar tray. One could argue that to have a legal right to download cds you would have to have a controlling interest in this new company. How are you going to give a controlling interest (share of the company > 50%) to all who want to take part in this venture?
