Hi Andy, I'm not worried. Apparently know one else has this problem. So probably you are correct that it is something in my pc. Start panel... has 13 programs on the left side and on the right side ...documents, etc. I have windows 7 home premium. I never change any settings for windowblinds or my pc in general.
