There is STILL a MAJOR MAJOR problem with that stupid buld menu. The top item on the menu is highlighted when you enter the window and if you click on the screen it FRICKING autobuilds the building. I have MANUAL PLACEMENT on!!! It should NEVER auto-place. As is, it autoplaced RIGHT on top of my forest and destroyed it, LOSING the ability to build my lumbermill. Now, if SNAKING were possible, this wouldn't be a problem at all as you can just EXTEND you city and build a
Quoting Cymsdale, reply 7 It's too bad this wasn't a feature. It would make it more interesting to strategically shape your cities. Not sure if you are clear or not. You CAN snake, to setup blocks. What you can't do is snake to a river or forest and be able to build the special line of buildings normally available when one of those tiles is in one of the 8 surrounding tiles of your central
Where is this site that'll have your mod HF?
Good Morning Alas, I am no modder. :( SO, before I start making the attempt, I figured I'd post here and see if it's already been accomplished: Snaking: There has been a great deal of debate on the matter as to whether snaking towards rivers and forests should exist or not. This isn't another one of those debates, please don't start one. This thread is because I want snaking to exist, and I'm hoping someone has already modded it in and
A number of years ago, the question was asked on the GC2 forum. To my surprise, the average age was somewhere in the early to mid thirties. I was expecting a younger crowd. I wonder if that holds true for FE. Are you a GC2 crossover, or new to SD games? Do you/did you ever play AD&D?
30 and I've played GC2. and I've played AD&D.
2) if my city gets attacked twice in the same turn I only get city defenders once. I should get the remains of the city defenders like the AI does, and next turn maybe they should be healed at full HP.
This really isn't fair. When you attack an AI city with two groups of troops, the city defenders exist at full health for BOTH encounters. Why in the world do player cities get nurfed and AI cities get super buffed? I don't play pre-mades. I would sooner invest in additional stamps that update the random map generator instead of map packs. $5 is also very steep for something as simple as map packs.
Sweet deal! Kinda too bad this release isn't 1.0 instead.....probably would get another 4 points from reviewers if it were...
This is what I'm waiting for before loading up FE again. I know I can play it....but 1.01 has so many good changes, I've just decided to wait for a bit and take a fresh start at it. (is why I haven't been posting on forums as often these last several days)
Can we have this list renamed to something more specific to its content, and stickied somewhere so it's easy for players to find?
I'd like to see them redo the original episodes IV, V and VI. They were good but for their time but need a revamp to current standards and to match up where the prequels left off technology and effect wise. And hopefully they could fix Return of the Jedi to actually have Wookies instead of Ewoks The merchandising should be fun too. I may have to pick up some Star Wars ships to sit next to my Sins of
Looks like it's a beta to the 1.01 patch. Me thinks that means they're still having some glitches with it, such that they don't want to release it as an official patch. Nevertheless, very pleased. Thanks SD!
yuppers. It's a bug. Saw it reported quite some time ago, so I feel certain it's on their lists....just not high enough to have been fixed for 1.0
yuppers. It's a bug. The AI somehow feels special in that it doesn't have to follow the same rules that players do.
Quoting GFireflyE, reply 11 interested in watching you try. Send the screenshot. I would have but the information below leaves that point mute.
Hense the XD....was teas'n a bit there.
Quoting psychoak, reply 60 I may not like the prequels, but it's the destruction of Solo's character that pisses me off more. I can't sit through the new version, ruins the only cool good guy. Quoting psychoak, reply 62 It may be a minor detail, but Solo is the only good guy that doesn't have a dick up his ass. While I agree Solo shot first, if that kills the whole
Totally agree. In a game with, rampant killing/murder, slavery, human sacrifices, summoning of demons etc. to be morally indignant about how did pork get to the top of the list?
Because it's PORK! oink. [e digicons]:pig:[/e]
If shutting down the game and restarting fixes the problem then you are probably running out of memory and swapping to disk. if so that will get a considerable improvement with the next patch (because we've fixed memory issues). If shutting down and restarting doesn't fix the issue then please post your save as I would love to check it out. ps I would also like a computer
oh, and dragons don't really exist....so can we have them removed? Thanks.
Wow...didn't see that one coming... OH WAIT!!! I DID!
I say add in Salted Fish as an additional consumable with different benefits than Salted Pork and let the OP choose.
laaazy...how bout a button on the screen that plays the game for you???
Where does this unbased comment come from??? City milita should NOT be able to defend against moderately sized forces. Therefore, you are REQUIRED to build troops to station in your cities to help defend against those circumstances. Those troops SIT there defending, it's their JOB. Why, as a player, am I being PENALIZED for my troops doing their J
At the very least, IF this is suppose to be happening, it should fall within the realm of Random Event, and have a popup informing you of the discovery.
