Cheers, Wiz! To be honest, I'm stumped as to why these are turning out so well. I may be far from the days when I just slapped a heavy Bevel & Emboss on stuff and called it done, but these are way beyond what I normally turn out. Cheers, roflmfaoo! The Intuos 4's are supposed to suffer from the same nib wear issue as the Bamboo I have, if I remember correctly. What size is your pad, if you don't mind me asking? I'm thinking that an upgrade to an A5 size working area would be plenty for me, plus I'd cry a lot parting with the money for an A4 one, lol.

Thank you Elsius Saint and Mirsguy. [e digicons]:grin:[/e] The package is getting there slowly, but it is getting there. With any luck I'll have the folders completely finished soon, as I'd been waiting for my graphics tablet to turn up. Now I have it (hassah!) there are a couple of folder icons I can look at getting done. Hopefully the wait will have been worth it. In the meanwhile, I'm finishing working on a Recycle Bin icon, which I'm very happy with so far. <

After over a month of unnecessary messing around, I've finally got my tablet. It's only a Wacom Bamboo Pen (or Bamboo Connect in the USA) but it's the new 2011 version which has 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, which is double that of the old version. Admittedly, it's not the greatest tablet money can buy, but I really didn't see any sense in buying an Intuos 4 for extra features and sensitivity, when I've only used a tablet once before now, and I wasn't sure i

As it's an existing theme, I think permission from the original creator would be required before it could be made again by anyone else. I'm assuming at this point that it's not a Windowblind. Do you have any other information about the skin, such as its name, and where you got the image from?

I can't help but notice that things have become real quiet on here lately, as far as skinners/skinning. Is it due to the time of year, or is there another reason, such as people staying away because of the cross forum activity? Not looking to start the debate on cross forum posting again. Thanks for the info, Doc. I've known of Trillian for a while, but never used it before now. Does it have any issues with connectivity (dropping calls or logging out unexpectedly), especially Skype as I use that on a permanent basis? Do I need to have my messenger programs running at the same as Trillian? Can you use webcams with it, as that's very important to me?
