He's just ashamed to admit in public he hates the little dumb arrogant shit you are, I guess.
OMGIN1
Yeah? And how come that LoL guy is not only aware of my reaction, but also calls me IN1, not OMGIN1 or whatever he would have called me if he just followed the link to this forum, huh? [e digicons]:D[/e]
Agreed on all points. Pacov obviously sees the very same flaws I see, he's only a bit more diplomatic about it.
There is a lot of opinions on this topic on these forums that were expressed over the span of 3 years. Use the search function, I guess. I find it very strange you get so agitated... Of course, DG is dead, but then it was for the last 2.5 years, it's hardly a new phenomenon. Luckily, we have a cadre of dedicated pro players, that play every day after work (EU evening hours), so if you play reasonably well, you can still enjoy this game.
Oh, boy. That's going to be somewhat harsh. The idea underlying it all is probably noble, but, by and large, totally incomprehensible (way too generalistic). Your heart is clearly in the right place, but you - let's face it - lack both brains and charisma to pull it off. The text also strikes me as being very narcissistic/egocentric. Only an unexperienced good boy coming from a bourgeois family of means can take it all seriously. I. e., someone who has never faced a real life-
I've played with the mysterious super-pro UB hui_hui today: UB+Sed vs UB+Erb. The Erb was Lucyfear, and their UB was pretty noobish. However, hui_hui was making unwise decisions consistently. My verdict: I advise against playing with this guy if you are looking for a reasonably skilled partner. He seems a nice enough person, but as far as skill is concerned... uh, yeah.
Sry guys so many RL things are happening to me that I'm gonna postpone my new chapters I hope those are good RL things. No one is in a rush, as long as you promise to finish it in the future [e digicons][/e]
keep playing skyrim lonely boy. Actually, I'm a long-time fan of Elder Scrolls series, but Skyrim requires a serious time investment, so no. Looking forward to Baldur's Gate 1 & 2: Enhanced Edition, though.
But a support cannot carry (eg cause a team to win). That's pretty much the issue with DotA, as well as with all DotA clones, DG included. The absolute maximum you can do with Sedna on a bad team vs. a good team is to lose honourably (:
You see, even Zenny agrees! Well, maybe he just means by that I am a fucking noob and a stupid ragequitter, but since he's not very good at making himself clear, we'll adopt the former interpretation.
When I find someone I friend them and try to play together, Try it....it enhances the fun alot! Not with you, though. Unless your definition of 'fun' is as follows: Maulkin is going to do crazy shit and feed like an inept noob he is; his teammates are still going to pull that game off; then he's going to type something like: "See, we won anyway?". You are a fucking noob and a stupid ragequitter at that, and I think everybody knows that by this point. <
When do you guys play? With you - never.
that's not how you spell "that sounds pretty accurate" That planetary mnemonic is pretty accurate, too.
A good thoughtful post by hedgie, as usual (when he's not busy flaming me, that is). Unfortunately, the usual hedgian flaws are rampant here: (1) his personal interpretation is presented in a Ten Commandments-like format; (2) an attempt is made to formalize situational and intuitive decisions. It reminds me of planetary mnemonic phrases (e. g. " My Very Energetic Mother Just Served Us Nine Pizzas" ). I've always found it much easier to remember the actual planet names i
I'm not aggressive, my dear Australian buddy. Julia is my friend, so I can afford to be a bit blunt when addressing her, I think. BTW, I thought you've left us the first time after a very similar post.
Example: we have played several games in a row as Sedna+Erebus with pacov in a not-so-distant past. We couldn't chain stun the opponents in the first one, since we both were interrupting the moment we've been close enough. Thus, it was a waste of a potential 6 sec no skills, no sigils state. We've discussed that in a lobby after the first game. Pacov explained his reasons for spamming Mass Charm first, and I agreed (I was playing a slow Sedna anyway). After which, our ganks became
Also thank you for the QoT build! Might want to use it against some players. Also, what do you think about Nature's Reckoning on this QoT build? Julia, I think you are obsesssed about two things in DG: (1) not missing creep waves at any cost; (2) NR on ranged characters. In my opinion, both are not that practical (: There are enough strategically important things in this game that a couple of creepwaves could be sacrificed; NR is not good on everyone. PS: When I t
Well, it really depends. For example, the issue of proper stun vs. silence: we have an Erb and a Sedna ganking an Oak mid game. Who stuns first? Superficially, it should be Erb: Mass Charm will stop Oak in his tracks. However, under normal conditions, Sedna (at least, my build) is much faster than Erb, so she will reach Oak first. Also, Silence is an instant, while Mass Charm is not. That said, if Erb uses Batswarm to chase, he definitely should stun first to stop Oak. Etc., etc. In my opinio
I don't feel contrary towards nnnils. It was a complimentary remark. Stop harassing me.
1 day after Now what? Having fun quoting my posts?
Another way is to replace one of the zens or pacovs with a nnnils OOOOOO [e digicons]:O[/e] Yup, probably true. As far as quality:consistency ratio goes, he's definitely in a league of his own.
Thank you for your unfailingly intelligent input, as well for your easy-going attitude in game. Good luck, LO!
How does 1 team get the advantage? Oh, that's simple. Ask Zen. Don't wait for the second pacov to join, just make the other team play with adilteneke as Erb. Strategy and tactics. Would my mcp ploy work 100% of the time? hell no. Could it work as a change up? Oh yes. You don't see it coming. Yes, that's exactly why I think this is a great idea. Doesn't require a true premade, too. </s
You paraphrased my concise argument and accused me of lying, what the entire community, that plays with you, knows as being the truth. Eh? What? That I object to people playing premade teams/don't play vs strong players? :-O People say a lot of things about me, AFAIK, but this one I hear for the first time. I'm unsure, if I can have a logical discussion with you. You surely cannot, since logic is not your forte.
Because people say "you guys are premade and it is unbalanced". So far I remember right you are the first one to shout it out. The problem is there is a too high skill gap and not enough players that are willing to learn and get better. Either your memory doesn't serve you well, or you are lying to present me in a negative light. I've never said a word about your team being premade, and I usually ready up right away. I just happen
