Reply to Bug report: Rebellion does not hold the mouse on dual monitor setup in Technical Sins Forums

I've experienced this as well. I actually like having the ability, so hopefully there will be an option to enable/disable this "feature". As a workaround, I use the middle mouse button to scroll.
