u do know that Win7 is already passed Normal support and is in extended support with EOL not too far behind... ever one.. I mean every one will have to face win10 sooner or later... The only solution here is StarDOCK HAS TO ether UPDATE or Dev the NEXT version of Deskscape for win10. I don't care if I have to pay for a upgrade .. I just want a full functional Desk Scape for Win10 one way or another...

I had to fall back on my other program called Video Wall Paper which works fully with no issues how ever dosen't come close to the features that deskscape has.. but it works so that be it for now <img id="gyazo_img" class=

Apparently I may have accidently found a fix for win10 users I was under the impression when a users goes into "Services" and disables DeskScapes8 C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\DeskScapes8\ds8srv.exe that it would keep Deskscapes from loading when windows loads? apparently for me on windows 10 the deskscape.exe dose not load but it still loads DShost.exe which then plays the background with NO issues... so Im a bit confused because with <br

before RTM would the devs be kind enough to modify the Menu UI to match the rest of win10, Will full Glass, Blur, Transparent effect Including were Program list is on the left side... Having ever thing trans and then having a BIG white box with Titles in it, is kind of turn off.. I suppose Vista, and Windows 7 also had that big white box too. but it be nice if the entire menu matched win10 default theme <img src="https://a.disquscdn.com/uploads/mediaembed/imag

the last few build when I install start10 the option to have the Search bar in the task bar has gone completely missing with NO option to enable it via Right click option menu. I can have search disable or with Icon only.. ? As seen here http://gyazo.com/7fc983092cf7bd21bdd4da9721d03ba3 EDIT I figured it out.. I not sure if this is a bug or by design. If you s

well this is the latest build from MS. I also willing to bet it will be the build that gets released to all insiders as of today since //build// started today. I lied, build 10102 is now the latest leak but not the newest compiled build. 10074 is technically newer since it the most recent compiled build ____ EDIT Called it build 10074 was in fact the build that was pushed out today for all insiders... so about that update for s

I think start10 should replace start8.. IE let Start run on any version of windows ... and just releases major version as updates/upgrades on that note the product should just be called start and it keep things less confusing for the public.. instead of do I need start8 or start10... it should matter the latest version should run on the previous OS unless there's a huge major change in the OS were these massive change in code that prevents the newest version to run on old

havn't found one with Modren mix (no point in it now though), start8 (Win10 in the processes of making this one obsolite as well). Decor8 still has a place in win10 as long as u like the startscreen over startmenu Deskscape works welll .. . Did have DX11 crash on login once though which kept the videos from playing but a quick restart fixed that. A bug on the os side... not to worried.. alpha and all. So far all my current installed works with out a hitch

I don't see having to replace or upgrade any of my current software to a new version for compataible reasons I did how ever make a few Isolated images of my Windows 8.1 drives before I did the upgrade ... the bits that I and the rest of the world can get ahold of are the RTM bits that OEM such as dell and Hp received... they are the final bits. now the time to look into updating your apps before the masses get the bits pushed through WU, If not you'll have a lot more then 1 or 2 people complaing about things not working

With multi monitors and multi video wallpapers, version 8.10 on Win 8.1 x64 causes second display video to out right crash, leaving a image of the Primary display as a static background on second monitor. How ever I notice that the DShost.exe dose not crash but just freezes in the Taskmanager (CPU usage just stops on second display) 8.09 beta seems to work flawless still on 8.1 x64
