must i once again +1 both !?! well i just did. Ofc it would be a work-load for the guys at stardock, to offer some realtime battle mechanics, but the addition would bring the game to a whole new level. Hell, even if "just" some fleet realtime battle. Id say , make a computer with a brand new operating system, configured purely and for the sole reason, to run Galactic Civ optimized to the T! and tbh....i´d prolly buy it.

i use a computer, i use an O.S., i use a mouse, i use keys, i wanna play Galactic Civ III ....wether i have to play it through origins , steam or some other fantastic gateway; or on windows, osx or linux ....i dont care, trust me, ill be playin it anyhow....details details.....I´d rather you wounderfull people at Stardock, spend more important time, on game mechanics and grafics, than fondamentally unimportant details. hmmmmm

stick to the style, id say, with the massive grafics upgrade you seem to be mustering, add in some RealTime Strategy Planetary or Fleet Battle Game Play ........brotha pleease! id never sleep.
