Quoting Ericridge, reply 2Consulates, use them. Its heck alot better to build a consulate than have a level 1 village until the end of times. The AI does not yet build outpost upgrades. That and the Consulates is a very overpowered upgrade imo.
Well Consulates is quite necessary. And plus its only +1 growth per consulate its not like it gives +2 growth XD <

Well Eunomiac, Somehow I doubt a band of 50 survivors will do very much other than poison the food supply in vengeance to kill alot of people. Assuming they all managed to unite for a single cause. Even if they was successful in reaching the positions of power of their hated foes, then what? Start a rebellion with a army that is loyal towards the victorious empire even when the leader hates the said victorious empire? He'll get deposed of. Nah

Attrition warfare won't work Eunomiac, I will just raze the cities to the ground. And thus there is no butthurt rebels in caves trying to fight back. Only reason guerrilla warfare works today is because countries don't' want the bad rap that comes with genocide. There's no deterrence whatsoever in video games other than making some goody goody two shoes frown at you.

Realm Divide. Shogun 2 does this. If you become too powerful, all other factions will be united by force against you and attempt to cut you down to size. Apparently it works because I have seen several threads of human players being toppled by force. And so I decided to go check the realm divide out. Last time I fought in one was when I was playing as imperials as it's vanguard against shogunate's vanguards in the Fall of the samur

Consulates, use them. Its heck alot better to build a consulate than have a level 1 village until the end of times. As for skeletons, they're immune to poison! It angers alot of spiders. Once had an spider uprising event happen for the first time only for them to be screwed over by the fact I was running nothing but skeletons. xD Don't ever underestimate consulates, slow growth is way better than zero growth even when there is many people

Wait, wait what the heck just happened? Expert AI all of suddenly became smart. I got dogpiled and attacked with 30+ armies. Not all at once but, one by one with several stacks of 3+ armies. Empires and Kingdoms just dogpiled me, and I actually outlived Resoln who got squashed so fast. And I"m still alive and attacks seem to have let up for now.... And worse, The gilden faction is actually kicking butt for the first time in 400+ hours I&#3

I'm about to play them... I cannot wait to make an army of eight Juggernaughts led by Vergas as warrior.... I shall be bloodthirsty warmonger maniac! After all I'm kinda bored. xD

There's even three or four traits defender can unlock just to bump up it's hitpoints which means even more bigger % hp buffs from guild grocers in
Kind of stupid, but... is it possible to dual-wield? I mean, an assassin wielding a dagger, the other hand being empty, the only thing possible is a shield? On an assassin? Also, Defeat Vetrar, the Guardian of the World's End - I have been assembling an epic army and geared myself towards it, except the man is nowhere to be found... went through whole Arctic area - nothing! Altar Henchmen requires 20 fame a pop and no, The AI altar never builds the henchmen, ever. In fact, in my several hundred hours of play in FE:LH I have yet to see AI Altar build henchmen. And I don't think I ever seen pariden make use of their arcane towers and Spell books. I don't think I ever seen Resoln field a army either. . . . Kraxis always become a city state and then die horribly with few rando
I wish to add to the issue; I play Empire-only factions. The problem worsens when you cast "Blindness" on a target. Almost seems like the target gets an increase in Accuracy..... just try it for yourself and you will see.
I only use Blind on targets like Juggernaughts otherwise I don't bother with it unless there's an Mass blindness spell out there. So this is likely why I haven&

What is the AI gonna do? Add useless +20 spell resist trait? Which only knocks off 10-20 damage from blizzard when freshly trained units only have like 50 hp or something like that while blizzard is likely already doing about 100 damage. Its far better to cast an earth's cloak enchantment if they have enough earth shards. But due to the nature of the FE:LH only time there's going to be a useful nature cloak enchantment up is in a single f

GfireFlye Yes the AI do play with the tax rate. Its very easy to see it happening when one of the AIs have a huge empire then they lower the tax rate because they can't deal with the unrest and by lowering the tax rate the unrest goes down. But they never focus their development of getting level 5 fortresses and building belltower/townhall plus cleric etc. First time I notice it happening was the capitar sporting a 10% tax rate with towns/conclaves everywhere with a

The AI got screwed over by randomly picked tactical map when it wanted a open map. x.x Its likely that the AI just decided to give up and left. And i have done it to the AI too especially in siege battles where there's that huge statue in the middle with two thin lanes that allows passage through on the sides. My ranged units slowly picked them to death. Was ez cuz they just sat there and got defeated cuz I Refused to move in and get my melee cut up until they got reduced in numbe

This thread is all about Economic Treaty. Its an agreement between two parties to set up a street between both of their factions for 10% boost in gildar. And I really hate it. It just had little to do about one event that happened last year. I got dogpiled by six factions immediately in following turn when last turn they all asked me for a economic treaty. I was like sure why not and enjoyed the 60% bonus in gildar for one turn. Ne
Yeah I think so - late game defender probably wins, at least for an all plate melee soldier. The problem I've always had with defenders is that there isn't a "force attack me". The problem with warriors is that against late game opponents, they tend to die relatively easily and that needs expensive potions to cure their wounds. To be honest, both classes could see some ref

Just armor? And it's Champion? Then defender wins handdown. I have a defender with over 400+ hp with full set of champion armor equipped. :) Your question is impossible to answer because there's no one way only in this game. I once had a warrior hero equipped with some accessory that grants him maul ability and then he equipped the Doom Maul.... And I have leveled up training at least 10 times by that point.... I&#39
