Yes. After the sale of Impulse, developers who had previously worked on Galactic Civilizations II were brought back from the Impulse team to the Games group to work on Fallen Enchantress. Something doesn't add up. See these developer credits from previous Stardock games. Some of those people were even credited as the lead developers of War Of Magic. What gives?
