Ok i got it ! No percentage improvements on bonus tiles for production / research / food ( manufacturing capital / technological capital on tiles with bonuses will NOT get extra bonuses [ even if it looks like they do from planet summary screen { manufacturing capital on +100% prod bonus tile says it gives 33% AND 33 fixed production} ] ) same for power plants etc. ( anything with a % bonus for) morale / influence work though

Recently bought Gal Civ 2 ultimate edition of steam ( ver2.04 (or something) / april 28/2012) Questions for vets: do special projects / super projects get duble / tripple / 7x bonuses from special resources ? ( innovation center for terran seems to work ) Did a test with a power plant ( 10% manufacturing bonus ) and though the summary of planet seems to indicate it gives +10 bonus brute production ( additional to the innate 10%) - on a tile with 100% manufactu
