I didn't want to use another icon pack, but rather edit the color of the Windows 11 folders, changing them from yellow to a darker color. Is that possible?
Sorry, but you can't edit the default Windows icons, but you could try and install this iconpackage and edit those icons https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/iconpackager/2215/<

I guess that depends on what you want and need, but things are not always what they seem.
folders inside a fence can't be moved as I need to
Just to clear any confusion here. There are two kinds of fences. Regular fences with shortcuts and folder portals. In folder portals, you cannot move folders. Only choose how they are sorted. Also, be sure that the sorting is set to "None" in a regular fence: <img s
If it's one windowblind skin in particular you are trying to modify, give me a link to it (preferably) if you can or the name and creator and I'll try to see if I can figure out what you are looking for.
When I found it, it was set to 157%
That's actually something I have seen several times in Windows 7 & 10. When setting the scaling to anything "unusual" like 157%, 122% etc., anything can happen to the font sizes. Windows only seem to scale correctly at 100%, 125%, 150%, 175% and so on. Anything else, and you may not get the result you want.

No offence, but your version of PowerPoint is 17 years old. How can you expect it to be compaible with Windows 11 & Windowblinds at all? You can however make an exception in Windowblinds under the "Per application tab" to make Windowblinds ignore PowerPoint and not skin it.

This was the in-between-version from Windows 98 to Windows XP called Millennium Edition because the of release year 2000. XP came shortly after in 2001.
