No offence, but your version of PowerPoint is 17 years old. How can you expect it to be compaible with Windows 11 & Windowblinds at all? You can however make an exception in Windowblinds under the "Per application tab" to make Windowblinds ignore PowerPoint and not skin it.

This was the in-between-version from Windows 98 to Windows XP called Millennium Edition because the of release year 2000. XP came shortly after in 2001. I have the same happening on my PC & laptop but haven't noticed when this started to happen because I rarely use that menu. I think that's an error related to the skin you have applied. Have you tried other skins to see if the same issue occurs?
