I am not able to download/install many of the skins, etc. on this and other web sites! HELP! in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I am not able to install many of the files I download from this site and others like it. When they are downloaded, they appear on my desktop and I am unable to load them in to my manager. I would appreciate any help at all. My e-mail is [email protected] Thanx!
