Could someone explain to me how the trade ship works exactly? in Strategy Sins Forums

Hey everyone, I'm super new to this game. I want to focus on the advent and I don't really understand how the trading post logistic structure works. I see that you can use it as a refinery, but I want to make more credits than I am currently. How do they work, what's the best way to use them efficiently? Thanks!
