As a really newcomer to this game, and even as a rookie Civilization clayer, I always feel like no matter what I do the computer player always has the upperhand. and I can't help but think that the computer is cheating some how. (even when the game promices that it is not.) In Gal Civ 3, I would love to see a turn-by-turn spectator mode, that allows me to analize EVERY SINGLE ONE of the computer players moves -what it's building on its worlds <

That worked, and now I have a character and an empire on the Metaverse. few more questions though. 1.) where do I find other empires to see if I would want to join an established empire rather then the one I just made because I could? 2.)
