Old Crabs story reminds me of the time I found on the side of the road bordering our property, two full sized deer with the antlers cut off. Thanks everyone, I have tried all these suggestions and more, even starting from scratch, pouring over all my Firewall settings, IE settings, Cookie settings, redefining the path, and still, although the libraries.zip and all the Icons DL which can take as long as 12 minutes on dial-up, when I open the libraries in Skins and Themes and click say the wallpaper icon, nothing happens. This is true with all the others in "libraries" and in both SDC 1.16.222 build 32 and SB 1.20.014 <br

I was DLing the Skins and Themes libraries in SDC and it crashed SDC, can't open it now, so I tried the same in WincustSB, and I get no icons or files in Skins and Themes. In Wincustomize Web Browser, go to "Upload" at top of page. I used the WB 4x beta, and discovered I could not add WB's through the Skins section or load them using Display Properties. I switched back to 3.51 and everything worked again in Display Properties.
