I STILL cannot get the "libraries.zip" to open up in Skins and Themes in both Wicustomize browser and Stardock Central Browser. The bottom 4 - "Top Downloads", "Newest Additions", "Updated Skins", and "Featured Skins" are working; just not "Recent Skins" and "Libraries". Well, I still can't get "Skins and Themes" libraries to fully work in either SDC or WC Browsers. I have re-installed both, used spares of older ones I kept tucked away on another drive, cleared all cookies, updated to newer versions and a dozen other things to no avail. The libraries.zip download, but all I get are Icons without files. I have tried the various suggestions listed in this thread, and still no luck.
