This was mentioned in a post last year but I think it's still affecting the game. I'm playing as Nomad in the 10 week campaign. When I select the Teleportation perk (bottom row; essentially gives you the patent; rent/buy as usual) it just doesn't function during the next round. Fuel is consumed and the transport ships fly and deliver resources as normal. I'm running into it on map "2, Inferno's Maw" and haven't tested it anywhere else. Just wanted to make you all a
