i´m a new in here... anybody help me!? in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

heya folks! well, i just had one or two questions about how i can install new skins for instance on icq or change the object bars of my operating sys! 1. do i need to extract the zip file normally into a certain folder (for icq skins or the bars...)? 2. if yes, which one is it? 3. i´m not sure how to manage this - pleas help me guy´s! thanks in advance tomz
