We apologize for the trouble. There was a small change made here that may have had some client need to reactivate. From your logs, I show that you have done so successfully on the ones you have attempted on. If there are any you cannot activate with, please please a ticket here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit
Not sure what a 'clocking session' is; are you just saying it took a long time? Is your PC managed by GPO (work PC likely)? If so, they very well could have it specifically configured and any change could cause issues. If not, the following tool will purge the application. **IMPORTANT** Please save any open documents/work and close out all of your applications including browsers. Please follow this link: <a href="http://sd.stardock.com/
While not an elegant fix, and since it is just 'sometimes', when you see this, try restarting Windows Explorer after the boot is complete like so: http://sd.stardock.com/sean/JingImages/2015-09-21_1516_001.png
Please download the following file: http://sd.stardock.com/Support/FencesLoadSvc.bat Once the file is downloaded, please right click it, then select "Run as administrator". Please note that this file will only work if Fences is installed into the typical install folder. If successful, the file should report that a scheduled task was created. Once that has completed, please perform a restart of your computer, and Fences should load after a short delay.
This is where you can readily check on compatibility: https://forums.stardock.com/469435/page/1/
Sorry to hear you are having trouble. You should have the option to deactivate any other PCs that may no longer be in use so that you can activate any you still have (up to the max of 5). If you do not see a deactivate option when activating, please make sure you are using the email \ product key activation option and (important) that you have the most current version of the product. For your product, key and activation information, please see the following knowl
Thanks to all that have posted feedback on this topic. We have also received some great detailed tickets on similar issues. What we would ask from anyone here, that has not already, is to place a ticket here: https://esupport.stardock.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit With the results of the tool run here: <a href="http://sd.stardock.com/Support/supportToolTest/SDSupportTool

JacquesGauthier, I worked your ticket and removed the email you submitted. Again, we apologize for the frustration.
We were able to reproduce the issue and will roll out a fix for ODM. Thanks for the feedback.
Sorry to hear you are having issues.
Somehow Stardock got a hold of my work email address, perhaps it is when I used Paypal to purchase Galactic Civ III.
A possible reason, yes.
' I have never given Stardock permission to use my work email.
We have no idea what purpose an email is used for nor can we. Sorry to hear you are having trouble. The issues was that your replied to your ticket before we were able to. Doing so resets the activity on the ticket and pushes you farther down in the queue. This is detailed in your initial auto-response. That said, I have replied to your ticket.
@corgatag @Deathwynd, I have created an internal ticket for each. Thanks for the feedback.

Thanks for the efforts here. If anyone could send use () the K2Font files before they delete them, that would be helpful to tracking it down. Thanks.
Buthead25, I am fairly certain you would not like your order details discussed here so I have reopend your ticket. You should have a response now.
