This is in fact a bug, that ai is supposed to play by the same rules as the player.
i'm not sure how you came to that assessment. It's rare in any game that the ai plays fair, and it's certainly not true here. It's already been proven that the AI gets free essence, less monster attacks, and the ability to found cities in unsuitable spots.

as far as i'm aware, it forces a unit to pass a magic resistance check each turn, or skip their turn. maybe that's wrong i once had a sorceror use fear, and most of the time when i tried to attack him, it just said afraid on my unit, and they automatically missed. i lost that battle :p so i think it's related to attacking the source of said fear
It makes sense that this used to be the end game quest, as it's the most difficult quest in the game right now (am I right?). Even more so than Waerloga (who I have beaten before). So what's the sense of a quest more difficult than the win-the-game quest? Maybe if you have not found the Big Gate yet, but that seems unlikely ...
Try Arena of the Slakhanan. I think i found that more difficult than 3 dragons. Although one re

i don't see how HP is a logical grounds for increasing the costs. This is what magic resistance is for. I played a beastlord recently and i found the 40 mana per cast to be very costly early on, especially given the chance of failing. With no armor, my beasts tended to die in battle rather easily. I did get a silt skath, and those are good, but they're nothing special vs armored knights. i've only ever had an umberdroth once and it was from a quest. The Great wolf

It's about the extra advantages that come in combat with having a free hand. You could grab enemies and pull them towards you, push off the ground to stop yourself falling over, or to help you get up faster. Use two hands on your weapon for powerful s

Winning a Master Quest or Spell of Making victory is pretty neat. Each describes the immediate creation of two scenarios which would seem fun to play out... but then the credits just roll. Wouldn't it be nice if we could keep playing after the credits, in the resulting world that we've created? Master Quest: Lots of new dragons spawn on the map, and they, as well as all existing ones, become a new dragon faction, which is permanant
And no, Fell and Storm are not 'lesser' dragons. Both of them are superior than Ashwake in several ways.
don't they have less HP, and no fire resistance? Besides that, if they're not lesser, then they should be. the ingame descriptions specifically describe ashwake as the greatest of the dragon breeds
When you go into unit design, you can edit them and you have a gender option.
wrong. In the game, "henchman" is treated as a gender choice. Male, Female, or Henchman. (so technically they're not even male) If you change a henchman design to female (or even to male) and then build one, you'll get a normal soldier, and they'll lose the ability to pick traits, wear equipment, etc

it is an amazing game, but i definitely wouldn't call it stable :p it crashes for me about 1 in 4 times when loading a game, and at several other random points. It's probably the buggiest game i've played since fallout NV but yes i do like it and it is awesome ^^
Quoting Chiarden, reply 1The differnet tiers of traits always are cumulative. Mouse-over the stats they effect, not the trait itself and you will see the bonus from each tier in the tooltip (works for everything but +% exp). Several of the bonuses do not show when you are choosing them - Evoker is just one example, as there is no place where you can look up what your current bonus to spell damage is.
</

when a city is razed, the tile it was on is ruined, and cannot be resettled. There is a spell, somewhat late in the magic research tree. I think it's called "Restore the land". it allows you to settle a city again on those spots. there's no bug here, it's working as intended i'm sure sorry if i've misunderstood, it's hard to understand you :(
Quoting ProteusJN, reply 7While I like this feature in most games that have it, I don´t think that it would be a good idea for FE. It would end with all civilizations (including the player one) which have conquered a Yithril city fielding armies of Juggernauts, supported by maybe a few units of their own nation. All in all it would decrease the diversity of units you can encounter on the battlefield.

i agree the tooltip for the skill should show more information for the stacked skills. but as chiarden says is a good workaround at least. not optimal i know.
