Trinity: No 'Back' button for Options in Technical Sins Forums

I just bought and installed Trinity. There is no 'Back' button for options, no option to start a game, and no option to switch between 'small' 'medium' and 'large' maps. I think it might be a resolution issue, so I edited the users.setting but that will not effect the game's resolution. The game is fully patched, has been re-downloaded and re-installed.
