Groupy has a completely different purpose than Fences. Fences organizes Your icons and desktop, Groupy organizes Your open windows.

There are some slight problems with snap enabled, the tabs open to the top in a single window but are not visible becuase they are off-screen. I think, the active window should shrink height by the amount of the tabs, if possible, as only moving will move it underneath the taskbar.

Also please note that StartAllBlack, Themes and other Tools alter (aka 'hack') system files, where Stardock apps totally avoid to touch system files. I would start with Start 11 and WindowBlinds. The only con ist that there are only 2 decent skins that have a real dark mode.
